SHIPPING:

If you need items to be shipped by a specific date please e-mail us at info@franslinens.com to allow us time to stock and determine shipping options. We ship via USPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays . Generally all packages are dropped at the recipients’ door and do not require a signature. If we are given incorrect shipment information your package will not be insured. Lost Packages: We will file a claim with the shipping carrier for any packages that are lost in transit. It usually takes ten business days from the time the carrier receives the claim. If the package is not recoverable we will then credit your credit card.

Please note we only ship in the USA.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders require a 100% deposit and are subject to our no return policy. Custom orders occasionally take longer than expected for delivery.

Custom orders would include all Monogram orders and special orders. Please note that monograms will be different sizes depending on the item, style and lettering.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice if the shipping address is within Florida. No sales tax will be charged to any other states. It is the purchaser's liability to pay use tax in their own state.

RETURN POLICIES:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to offer a refund on regularly stocked merchandise. Merchandise must be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (less the shipping cost) in the original packaging, new and unused condition. New and unused means no marks or signs of use on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item indicating it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents us from selling to our customers as first quality product. Item can not be laundered. Any exchanged merchandise will be subject to standard ground delivery charge. Most of our items are hand made and there may be slight variations in fabric, stitching and color. If the item was washed according to instructions and it is found to be defective we will replace it free of charge. You must contact us at info@franslinens.com prior to the return for authorization.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please email us at info@franslinens.com for all cancellations. Please understand that if the order has already been shipped you will be responsible for returning the order. Custom orders are not subject to cancellation.

BACK ORDERS:

We specialize in the finest linens and occasionally fine things are not available without delay. If your order, or a portion of it is back ordered we will inform you promptly so you may decide to hold your order until all items are available or cancel your order. If after two attempts we are not able to contact you we will ship your partial order with the balance to follow. The balance of your order will be shipped standard ground delivery. You will not be charged for any stocked orders until they are shipped.

DROP SHIPMENTS:

Occasionally items are drop shipped from the factory to your door. Second day air and next day air is not available for these items. Additional time should be given to process this order. It may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Please feel free to contact us on the status of your order.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

We do not currently offer Gift Certificates.

COUPONS AND SPECIALS:

In order to receive advertised coupons and specials the coupon code must be entered on the order form. No discounts will taken after the sale.

GIFT WRAP:

We will be happy to gift-wrap your purchases for a $5.00 charge. We will provide a gift box and gift wrap in a heavy stock white paper with a satin ribbon. Most orders are shipped in a carton as opposed to a mailing envelop for a nicer presentation. Non Gift wrapped orders are not gift boxed unless requested.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:

We ship via USPS priority mail. The shipping charge will be calculated at check out based on the shipping zip code. We make every effort to ship all in stock orders within 48 business hours. Monogrammed and other special orders do not ship out within 48 hours. If you need a personalized item to be shipped out overnight please email us for availability.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
